Inspired by the colors in a blanket brought home from a trip to India, this primary bedroom redesign celebrates memory, meaning, and global influence. Our goal was to translate the vibrancy and richness of traditional Indian textiles into a contemporary, calming space tailored for rest and rejuvenation.

We used the blanket as a starting point for the palette—layering warm, spicy tones to energize the room and anchoring them with cooler hues to create balance. The interplay of textures and patterns nods subtly to the intricacies of Indian craftsmanship, reimagined in a modern and refined way.

The result is a bedroom that feels soulful and serene—a space infused with personal history, cultural depth, and contemporary comfort
