cole valley craftsman | San Francisco CA
I first met this family in the spring of 2022, when my client was four months pregnant with her second child. They had just purchased a beautiful 1915 Craftsman-style home in San Francisco’s Cole Valley neighborhood. With its original bones, abundant windows, and incredible natural light, the house had so much potential.

A thoughtful 1990s addition had expanded the footprint to include a primary suite with views of the Golden Gate Bridge, a spacious family room off the kitchen, and a large lower-level playroom—perfect for entertaining both kids and adults. Still, the interiors felt dated and lacked the personality this vibrant family deserved.

My goal was to bring warmth, creativity, and energy into every space. Since my favorite color is pattern, I knew wallpaper would be the hero of this story. With a focus on colorful, layered design, I set out to infuse each room with charm and character.

These clients were a dream to work with—they trusted my vision and encouraged bold choices. It was a true collaboration, resulting in a home that feels both playful and polished, tailored to how they live and love.
