First time home owners purchased a condo in Mill Valley, CA with twin boys on the way. What started as a two bathroom remodeled turned into a full condo renovation including full kitchen gut and renovation, adding recessed lighting throughout, exposed beams in living room and master bedroom as well as fans in living room and both bedrooms. Looking for a spa like, clean, contemporary and cohesive design that seamlessly transitioned from space to space.

At the start of this projected we were unaware of what 2020 had in store, a couple month delay due to the stay at home order we were able to get started in August. Then half way through the renovation clients decided that with the extended stay at home orders and working from home for the foreseeable future that they needed something different. We completed this project and promptly put the condo on the market before the end of the year!
